Privilege Card Terms and Conditions The card remains the property of Symphony Hotels and Leisure Ltd, Monarch House, 33 Cross Street, Perth, PH2 8JQ who reserve the right to decline, issue or withdraw the card at any time. - The card is for use by authorised signatory only.
- This card must be presented at the till at the time of purchase to accrue or redeem points.
- This is not a cheque guarantee, debit or credit card.
- Points can only be accrued on Food and Beverage Purchases in our Restaurants and Bars (excluding all function events, dinner dances and festive programmes).
- Points cannot be accrued on packaged rates.
- Point’s redemption value is 10 pence per point and is valid for all services within Symphony Hotels and Leisure Ltd properties.
- Points are non transferable or negotiable and no points can be accrued on redemption transactions.
- Symphony Hotels and Leisure Ltd cannot replace or reimburse the value of your card or its points if it is lost, stolen or damaged.
- Symphony Hotels and Leisure Ltd reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.
